A federal client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Linux Engineer to sit onsite in Boulder, CO. This engineer will be responsible to build, automate, maintain, and deploy DevOps pipelines. This person will work with vendors that are developing software applications in support of the customer mission, in order to facilitate integration into the lab environment, automation of testing and deploys, and transition to operational facilities.

This is a direct-hire opportunity, and the range for the base salary listed is $125,000-$165,000/yr based on skill and seniority level. Paid time off, holidays, and health/ retirement benefits are provided by the client.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret clearance or higher

5+ years of experience building and deploying applications (Linux)

Experience using Redhat 8/9 to build, automate, and deploy servers

Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence

Experience with cloud monitoring and general cloud experience, preferably in an AWS environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Knowledge of or exposure to Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) programs* Experience with static analysis tools and integrating these tools into a pipeline (Fortify, SonarQube)* Experience with infrastructures necessary to support AI/ML applications* Experience using Helm for Kubernetes deployments* Infrastructure implementation of virtualized hosts in VMWare.Experience with Kubernetes, RKE2, OpenShift, or Konvoy, with Rancher preferred* Ansible and Terraform experience

RHCSA, RHCE, or LPIC-2/3 certs as a plus
