Swish Analytics, Inc. is looking for a Staff Accountant to support the growing needs of the company. This position will support multiple areas of accounting for multiple entities including Cash, AR, Prepaid, Fixed Assets, AP, Payroll among others. Reports to the Company's Senior Manager of Accounting, who runs the department.
Duties & Responsibilities:Assisting the accounting team in daily, monthly, and annual activities including the preparation of the journal entries for cash, accounts receivable, prepaid, fixed assets and other general ledger accountsGenerating AR invoices including foreign currency transactionsApplying cash to AR invoicesRecording payroll for international subsidiaryPreparing reconciliations including, but not limited to prepaid, accrued expenses, fixed assets, credit card and vendor/client monthly reportsSupporting the accounting team in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements including Finance-related reporting preparationSupporting the accounting team in the process of evaluating monthly, quarterly, and annual fluctuationsDocumenting and establishing accounting policies and proceduresQualifications:
4 years of Accounting experienceBachelor's degree in AccountingKnowledge of full cycle accountingDetail-oriented with a proven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to take ownership of projectsStrong skills in ExcelExperience with NetSuite is highly preferred, focusing on various report preparation and systems implementation
Location:
