2 rounds virtual, then onsiteCandidates must be able to work without sponsorship now or in the future.There are absolutely no C2C options for this permanent, direct hire role.Apex Systems is seeking a Workday HCM Integrations Developer to support an oil and gas energy client on their migration from PeopleSoft to Workday.This role will primarily support the need of building, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations globally. We value an individual who is willing to take charge and collaborate with various corporate functions within our organization as well as 3rd party vendors to determine the ideal solution related to integrations. As a member of this team, this individual must be able to manage multiple ongoing projects as well as maintain our existing 3rd party HCM integrations. This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Facilitate onsite and virtual discovery meetings to capture the business requirements and objectivesCreate, document, and maintain integration processes, customizations, mappings and workflowsProvide functional and technical support and guidance during integration testing and implementation processDesign, test, implement, and maintain all HCM related integrations by using various solutions such as APIs, Cloud Connect, Core Connect, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Studio, and etc.Provide status updates and engage with our stakeholders and 3rd party vendors of overall scope of the projectMonitor and resolve integration errors in a timely mannerAnalyze and construct logic for data transformations for integration needsIdentify opportunities to enhance end user experience and efficiencies related to existing HR business processesEnsure HRIS compliance with data privacy and adhere to client cyber security requirementsAbility to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across multiple functional teams, including our global client groups in various time zonesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving and providing several alternative solutionsBachelors degree in Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple HRIS applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, and TaleoMinimum of 2 years of Integration and Implementation experience with developing, testing, and deploying end to end integrationFunctional knowledge to provide solutions of various business processes within Workday such as Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Onboarding, Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Talent, or Help and JourneyStrong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solvingFamiliar with Office 365 products. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skillsDetail-oriented and meticulousDesired Qualifications:One of more Workday HCM certifications, preferably Workday Integration Certification or Workday ProFamiliarity with Workday modules including Extend, Prism, and SecurityStrong comprehension with cloud-based system integration solutions with an in-depth understanding of APIs, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT
