JOB SUMMARYResponsibilities:Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholdersExecute sourcing strategies for the Information Technology categories of spendConduct supply market analysis, cost modelling and benchmarkingLead the contract review/renewal process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on plansLead supplier selection and negotiation process, execute sourcing activitiesNegotiate favourable contract terms, conditions, and price for ClientConduct spends analysis of assigned category and propose/execute on opportunitiesProvide efficient and consistent communication to stakeholders on the progress of sourcing engagementsManage supplier relationships, supplier reviews as assigned
Job Posting Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent, MBA and or CPM preferredTypically, 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.Possesses in-depth skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience and internal recognition in specialty.Successful, multi-year track record in a procurement organization, as Strategic Sourcing Manager with typically 3+ years of relevant experienceIn depth IT Category experience required, execution of IT sourcing engagements.Analytical skills, spend analysis and ability to navigate excel, and other business intelligent analytical tools requiredProven ability to negotiate pricing, business and contract termsNegotiation and communication skills are critical to this positionDesired planning/project management skills, ability to set and keep timelinesDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
