Job Details

Requirements:

Bachelors degree - preferrably in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Masters preferred.
7+ years of experience in HR and HR Management
Manufacturing or industrial environment industry experience
Expertise in HR best practices, talent management, labor law compliance, employee relations
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR systems (HRIS, ERP, Paycor)
Certifications: Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
