Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Coach, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities related to employee relations, employee services and counseling, employment compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting, policy development and documentation, 401k, payroll and benefits administration, compensation, etc.
- Work with senior leadership team to define, enhance, and maintain the company culture.
- Develop and evaluate reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to company and departmental goals.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Develop and administer various company-wide human resources initiatives, and procedures.
- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and positions within the compensation program.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policy best practices and changes to regulatory requirements.
- Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures as well as prepares and maintains handbook policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resource Generalist/Management position(s)
- Experience managing HR resources as well as associated policies and procedures
- Ability to interact with the C-suite and coordinate efforts across all teams
- Strategic thinker who helps organizations plan for future growth and success
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practice of personnel administration as well as state, federal, and international employment regulations/law
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, master’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
