Payroll Specialist
to join our payroll team. This position is integral to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large and diverse workforce. The role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment within a leading organization in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
Manage payroll adjustments, deductions, and garnishments in compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure timely preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with all payroll-related policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally in a large corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. ADP experience is a plus!
