We are seeking a Recruiter, on behalf of our client, to join our dynamic and expanding team of HR professionals. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including interviewing candidates, sourcing passive talent, engaging in outreach events, and serving as a positive ambassador for the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance within the talent acquisition field and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and engage passive candidates through marketing, advertising, and online recruitment tools.
- Serve as a company advocate, promoting our employer brand and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience characterized by engagement, responsiveness, authenticity, and respect.
- Facilitate a smooth interview process, introduce candidates to the team, conduct facility tours, ask challenging questions, and administer applicable assessments.
- Assess candidates for alignment with both role requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline by cultivating relationships with qualified individuals to draw from as new positions arise.
- Engage proactively with local colleges, technical schools, and community events to foster connections and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Participate in outreach events throughout the year to increase brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Maintain positive communication with new hires to ensure their smooth integration into the team and company culture.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; minimum of an associate degree required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including manufacturing, engineering, administrative, sales, and executive positions.
- Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
- Relevant HR or recruiting certifications preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to source, identify, and attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all employees and departments.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Flexibility to transition between tasks as needed.
- A commitment to self-improvement and professional development.
- A growth-focused mindset, open to feedback and offering constructive feedback to peers.

- Work Environment: This position will be based in the office with occasional participation in outreach events.
