Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospective clients using a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
  • Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, managing CRM data, and following up on leads.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand client needs and offer effective recruitment solutions.
  • Track sales activities and report progress using Bullhorn CRM.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role preferred.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn CRM is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work onsite, 5 days per week in Charlotte.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
