From corporate gatherings to community outreach programs, the Events Assistant will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation and success of each event.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with event managers to develop event concepts and themesAssist in the logistical planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rentalsManage guest lists, RSVPs, and registrationsCoordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to fulfill event requirementsProvide on-site support during events, including setup, breakdown, and attendee assistanceAssist in post-event evaluation and report generationQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferredProven experience in event planning and coordinationExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and event management softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as requiredBenefits:
