This role involves analyzing complex business problems using data from various internal and external sources to provide valuable insights for decision-makers. The position requires identifying trends and patterns in datasets to understand influences on business performance. You will construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic plans based on business data and market knowledge, creating specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs.

Working with a significant business unit (over $500M), you will lead the team's business planning, forecasting, and digital marketing efforts. Collaborating closely with Finance, Planning, and Performance Marketing teams, you will optimize channels against available funds to meet targets and provide visibility into factors affecting business growth. You'll communicate business performance to stakeholders, responding to inquiries and delivering additional analyses as needed. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding a new marketing agency, ensuring the development of effective KPI dashboards for attribution analysis.

Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly KPI forecasts in collaboration with Finance.Manage monthly and quarterly performance marketing channel allocation.Prepare MBR and QBR snapshots.Forecast monthly digital traffic for daily sales and downstream reporting.Oversee quarterly store budgeting (store by month).Communicate business performance and analysis to stakeholders.Facilitate R&R meetings with cross-functional partners.Perform ad hoc marketing channel analyses.Conduct ad hoc traffic and KPI analyses.
