Data AnalystOur client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team. This role involves analyzing complex business problems using data from both internal and external sources to provide valuable insights for decision-makers. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading business planning, forecasting, and digital marketing efforts while working closely with Finance, Planning, and Performance Marketing teams.This role is onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.Data Analyst ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex business problems using data to provide insight and support decision-making.Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to uncover influences.Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and data requirements.Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business challenges.Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.Lead the NA Direct business planning and forecasting, ensuring that channels are optimized to achieve targets.Collaborate with Finance, Planning, and Performance Marketing teams to forecast business performance.Communicate business performance to senior leadership, addressing questions and providing additional analysis as required.Support the onboarding of the client's new marketing agency by building KPI dashboards for attribution analysis.Key Responsibilities Include:Monthly KPI forecast in collaboration with Finance.Monthly/Quarterly Performance Marketing Channel Allocation.MBR/QBR Snapshots for reporting.Monthly Digital Traffic Forecast for daily sales and downstream reporting.Quarterly Stores Budgeting (Store x Month).Communication of Business Performance & Analysis to cross-functional teams.Regular meetings with cross-functional partners to discuss roles and responsibilities.Ad hoc analysis of marketing channels and traffic KPIs.Data Analyst QualificationsStrong experience in data analysis with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.Experience with business planning, forecasting, and digital marketing efforts.Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Planning, and Marketing teams.Strong communication skills to present business performance to senior leadership.Ability to create dashboards and reports for analysis using reporting tools.Experience in leading onboarding efforts for marketing agencies is a plus.Analytical mindset with the capability to manage ad hoc data requests and analysis.Compensation: $56/hr. (DOE)
