Description
We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration partner to migrate a highly customized PeopleSoft ERP to an SAP S/4HANA ERP solution on RISE that will provide integrated finance, supply chain, and planning functionality; interfacing with external manufacturing-related ERPs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:In this role, the individual leads end-to-end implementation for SAP Time management including gathering business requirements, system design, configuration, testing and go-live.Configures time data for accurate payroll processing, ensuring time type calculations for overtime, absences, and time-related activities.Configures a time management system to accommodate union-specific rules. Analyzes complex time-related business requirements and configures in SAP Time management system.Responsible for designing/configuring business processes in SAP.Requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas.Provides functional subject matter expertise. Introduces innovative approaches and methodologies for processes and support systems.May provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel.Basic Qualifications:
Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience.In-depth knowledge of the SAP Time Management module, including the configuration of time recording, attendance management, time evaluation, absence quotas, work schedules, and shift planning including unique requirements of unionized workforces.Experienced with complex time management scenarios, including unionized workforces, shift differentials, overtime, and flexible working hours.Experience in configuring and customizing Time Evaluation schemas, overtime calculations, night shifts, and working time regulations.Understanding of integration between time data and payroll calculations.Ability to configure the system to ensure compliance with local labor laws, including working hours, overtime, holidays, and absences.Strong knowledge of testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance.Nice to have skills:
