We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A and Treasury to support our Finance and Accounting teams. This position will report to the CFO. The Senior Analyst will assist in management planning and decision-making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating company information. Areas of responsibility include financial forecasting, annual budgeting, financial analysis, and ad hoc special projects.

The Senior Analyst will support strategies aimed at driving increased profitability, process efficiency, cost reduction, and overall business improvement. You will partner with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through the application of Financial Planning & Analysis best practices. You will also support corporate FP&A processes, initiatives, and reporting within the function. Additionally, the Senior Analyst may provide financial consulting and strategic support, including preparing presentations, cash flow analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, and acquisition analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making processes, strategic initiatives, and capital investments.Perform in-depth data queries and analyses to gain business insights, align business objectives with deal structures, and refine financial modeling assumptions and outcomes.

Actively participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Collaborate with internal partners to refine budgeting and forecasting efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Prepare and present detailed financial materials for executive management, board members, and other stakeholders.

Manage daily treasury operations including fund transfers (wire, ACH, and tax payments) and investment analysis.Provide weekly cash reports to management and assist with liquidity planning.Monitor and approve transactions, ensuring positive pay compliance, authorization maintenance, and investigating any discrepancies.
