Job Description: As an Events Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in helping us plan and execute spectacular events that leave a lasting impression. From corporate gatherings to community celebrations, you'll be right in the heart of the action, supporting our team every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, catering, and logistics. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attendees have a fantastic experience. Assist with event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and outreach to potential attendees. Manage event inventory and supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for each event. Handle administrative tasks such as RSVP tracking, guest list management, and post-event follow-up. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred. Previous experience (1-2 years) in event planning, hospitality, or related roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - nothing slips past you! Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (experience with Cvent a plus!). Benefits:
