We are seeking a master relationship manager for this newly created role. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the client success team, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving strategic initiatives to improve customer loyalty and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, analyzing client data, and developing client success strategies. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback and resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to leadership.
QualificationsClient Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, and Leadership skillsExperience in financial services or wealth management industryBA/BS in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of related experience.3+ years of experience in a customer support or client success role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze data and derive insightsCustomer Service and Account Management skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
