Collaborate with multiple partners and manage responsibilities across different casesPrepare and respond to discovery requests, including admissions, disclosures, interrogatories, and depositionsAttend and oversee hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and other court proceedingsDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentsCommunicate effectively with clients and provide sound legal advice based on their concernsConduct thorough legal research, analyze case law, statutes, and regulations impacting clientsOrganize and manage documents from multiple sources in complex litigationUtilize critical thinking skills to solve complex legal issues with professionalism and creativityRequirements
At least five years of experience in complex commercial litigationProven ability to handle diverse litigation matters, including real estate and construction disputesExcellent time and project management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality legal workEducation
Undergraduate and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degrees from accredited institutionsCertifications
Current membership with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA)Skills
Proficient in legal research, analysis, and drafting of persuasive legal documentsStrong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information logically and clearlyCapable of managing complex litigation processes and working with multiple stakeholdersInitiative and creativity in handling complex legal challenges
