Responsibilities:
Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and mechanic and materialmen liens, bond claims, and related notices.Conduct depositions and site visits.Draft and argue motions.Research and confirm title and property information.Advise clients regarding lien, bond claim, security, and credit management procedures.Attend and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trial.Requirements:
2 to 6 years of litigation experience.License to practice in Washington in good standing.Prior experience with collection matters is a plus.Desire to grow with a busy practice.
