Coordinate competing deadlines and communicate with varied stakeholders. Argue cases and take hearings before a court of law. Conduct detailed and varied legal research, and advise clients of probable outcomes. Be highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare for mediations, trials, depositions, hearings, and negotiations. Manage your team of paralegals and support staff. Bill at least 1500 hours annually, and meet other productivity targets as assigned. Manage high volumes of tasks and projects. React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.Qualifications 1.5+ years’ experience in Family Law litigation in Washington State. Washington Bar admission in good standing. Experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with the Clio practice management ecosystem. Experience managing a high volume of requests and competing deadlines. Strong desire and aptitude for process improvements. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
