Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:As a contractor, you will support TA development initiatives, drive and enhance our operational excellence. This individual will partner closely with COEs, HRBPs, and People Operations to ensure a streamlined experience for candidates, Talent Acquisition partners, and hiring managers. This is a temporary position for a 6-month assignment with the possibility to extend pending business needs.
Responsibilities:
Act as Business Systems Owner for our core recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, LinkedIn).
Act as thought partner to TA leadership and other HR stakeholders on TA systems-related initiatives, design short-term/long-term roadmap for continuous improvement.
Project manager for systems enhancement and continuous improvement projects to ensure the recruiting system is scalable for high growth.
Act as an SME (ATS systems) focusing on systems capability building, metrics reporting, processes improvement, and design materials to train TA team members accordingly.
Collaborate with key internal partners (all TA team members, HRBPs, COEs, People Operations) to identify opportunities to drive automation and create efficiencies for better candidate experience.
Identify and build reporting capabilities to become a data-driven function.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of in-house/corporate recruiting experience with a focus on operational excellence, technical efficiency, and capability build out.
Deep expertise in ATS systems, with experience on Greenhouse platform.
Experience building strong partnerships across functional teams with excellent collaboration, influencing, relationship-management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Extensive understanding of full life-cycle recruitment, trends, and best practices.
Forward thinking, ability to exercise good judgement, and make decisions that are appropriate for a rapidly growing organization.
Strong problem solving and project management skills with the ability to multi-task with competing deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Experience in Workday a plus.
Biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical company experience preferred.
Experience in a mid-size and rapidly growing company a plus.
The base salary range for this temporary position is $70/hour to $80/hour for candidates based at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the minimum and maximum salary for the position in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
