Engage with existing customers and new leads, and develop opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
Develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with both your customer’s key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers to help them realize the value from their Salesforce investments.
Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for your account(s), aligned to customer business objectives.
Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
Assist with account planning for assigned accounts.
Collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to show up as “One Salesforce” and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the entire sales process.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years experience in full cycle, B2B, complex technology sales. 5+ years selling to the Enterprise customer segment.
Data Cloud Only:Expertise in modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau), acquired through years of technology sales experience.
An understanding of the Salesforce Advantage across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud to relate Data Cloud requirements in the context of Customer needs.
Mulesoft Only:Experience with and market awareness of Integration/API.
Ability to strategize with a large and matrixed extended team.
A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment, underscoring your mastery of intricate sales processes.
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
