Reporting to the Los Angeles COO, the Clinical Lab Manager is responsible for the regional regulation and compliance.
The position entails oversight and standardization of the day-to-day laboratory activities to ensure that efficient, accurate, and clinically relevant services are provided.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Upon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License or equivalent
5 years of Laboratory supervisory experience.
Strong background in laboratory science and analytical techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree
Strong administrative and managerial experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
7 years of work experience as a manager or director in a clinical laboratory.
Proficient and experienced with CAP/COLA regulations for Medical Labs.
Experienced in lab-based software for lab specimen processing.
