Reporting to the Los Angeles COO, the Clinical Lab Manager is responsible for the regional regulation and compliance.The position entails oversight and standardization of the day-to-day laboratory activities to ensure that efficient, accurate, and clinically relevant services are provided.

Required qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeUpon hire: California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License or equivalent5 years of Laboratory supervisory experience.Strong background in laboratory science and analytical techniques.
Preferred qualifications:Master's DegreeStrong administrative and managerial experience in a clinical laboratory setting.7 years of work experience as a manager or director in a clinical laboratory.Proficient and experienced with CAP/COLA regulations for Medical Labs.Experienced in lab-based software for lab specimen processing.
