Job DescriptionPermanent Hire - Hybrid Position.
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of their flagship product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, a deep understanding of user-centered design, and the ability to balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and market needsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user impactCollaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and refine product requirementsWork with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiencesPartner with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveryConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisionsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the productFacilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesManage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectivelyQualifications:
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technology environmentStrong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teamsProven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital productsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, ProductPlan)Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with data analytics and A/B testing methodologiesUnderstanding of UX design principles and prototyping toolsKnowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML and their product applicationsExperience with API-first product developmentCertification in agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager)
