About the Role

The HRIS Administrator provides comprehensive support for HR systems across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro). This role is key to maintaining and optimizing HR systems, serving as the technical point of contact and supporting various HR functions. Responsibilities include configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement, all aimed at enhancing the efficiency and quality of HR services while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This role provides the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's HR operations through technology and process optimization, requiring a blend of technical expertise and HR knowledge.

System Support and Maintenance

Provide ongoing support for HR functions across multiple systems, with an emphasis on UKG Pro.Configure UKG modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Document Manager, Learning Management, and Time Management.Conduct system maintenance, audits, and testing.Document system development and revisions.Manage cases with UKG Services and Support.Perform regular system checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.Monitor system updates and changes from UKG/Ultimate Software.Security and Workflow Administration

Manage user security, access rights, and role administration within UKG and other HR systems.Support the implementation and maintenance of HR workflows to enhance process efficiency.Address HRIS security-related tickets and requests.Process Improvement and Collaboration

Collaborate with HR teams and subject matter experts to refine processes for greater efficiency.Maintain and update the UltiPro web home screen in coordination with corporate management.Analyze and resolve system and process issues, identifying opportunities for enhancement.Collaborate with stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy system solutions.Act as a liaison between HR, management, and technical personnel.Data Management and Compliance

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across HRIS modules.Manage digital employee personnel files and respond to document requests.Oversee UKG user security, system upgrades, conversions, and custom configurations.Training and Documentation

Develop and maintain training materials for end-users.Contribute to a knowledge base of HRIS best practices and troubleshooting solutions.Education and Experience

Associates degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.2-3 years of HRIS experience, ideally in a professional services environment.Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) systems is required.Technical Skills

Proficiency in UKG Pro configuration and troubleshooting.Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.Familiarity with HR databases and processes.Soft Skills
