Advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to investment funds. Conducting due diligence and preparing documentation for investment fund mergers and acquisitions. Assisting in the structuring and execution of capital markets transactions. Providing legal support and advice on general corporate matters related to investment funds. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar (active and in good standing). 4-7 years of experience practicing law focusing on investment funds, M&A, or capital markets. Strong understanding of SEC regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
