General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 42 Number of Staff – 70 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge, 10-15 RNs, 1 PCT per shift Night Shift – 1 charge, 10-15 RNs, 1 PCT per shift Patient Ratios – level 3: 1-3 per nurse depending on acuity, level 2: 3-4 per nurse Type of equipment – isolettes , OMNI beds, phototherapy, computers EMR – meditech and CPN Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have :
candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. NRP Preferred or nice to have :
candidates with these skills will be considered first. STABLE Experience with central lines UAC, UVC, broviacs , PICC, etc
