We're proud to be one of the most established builders in the industry, with 45 years of experience and 240,000 homes to our credit.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team here in Denver, CO to play a key role in the successful implementation of ServiceNow. The implementation will focus initially on the core modules of IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM), in collaboration with a third-party partner. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and business stakeholders, to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Development & Implementation:

Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.Build and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications, leveraging APIs, web services, and other integration tools.Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and development efforts.

Solution Design & Architecture:

Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.Collaborate with architects and other developers to ensure that the solutions are scalable, reliable, and align with best practices.Design and implement workflows, user interfaces (UI), business rules, client scripts, and other ServiceNow components to enhance user experience.

System Administration & Maintenance:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.Perform regular system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after the implementation, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Collaboration & Training:

Work closely with IT, project management, and business teams to provide guidance on the platform's capabilities and best practices.Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.Collaborate with the project manager and business analysts to define project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience

in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration.Strong experience

in implementing and supporting ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.Familiarity with ITIL best practices and the ServiceNow ITSM platform.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Must be local to Denver, CO (not a remote position)Preferred Skills and ExperienceServiceNow Developer or Administrator certification.Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, GRC, or SecOps.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and integrations with third-party applications.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.CompensationBase Salary: $95,000 - $120,000FLSA Status: ExemptBonus Type: Year-end DiscretionaryBenefits & PerksWhile we value hard work, we also recognize the importance of having fun!
