Essential Skills:•Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows.•Provide subject expertise on the ServiceNow platform, serving as a product advocate within customer accounts.

Desirable Skills:•Proven expertise in implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including, ITSM, ITOM, Integrations and CMDB.•ServiceNow System Admin certification, ServiceNow Application Developer, and/or Architect certifications are a plus.
