•Lead project estimation, define project timelines, and contribute to project plans and milestones.•Mentor and guide team members in design, development, and testing activities.•Define architectural strategies and patterns commonly used within ServiceNow.•Build clean, scalable, and reusable code while enforcing best practices in software engineering.•Work closely with product owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application development and deployment processes.•Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while improving existing ones.•Foster knowledge-sharing within the team and facilitate individual team member development.•Conduct code reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.•Interact cross-functionally to coordinate efforts across the organization, voluntarily sharing information.

Desirable Skills:•Proven expertise in implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including, ITSM, ITOM, Integrations and CMDB.•ServiceNow System Admin certification, ServiceNow Application Developer, and/or Architect certifications are a plus.
