JOB DESCRIPTION
The Social Media and Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, generate demand, and increase sales. This role develops and executes social media strategies, including engaging with our online communities, delivering customer service support, executing tactics to increase brand presence and affinity on social media, assisting with content creation, and executing event promotion efforts. The Specialist, Social Media and Demand Generation also leads contact management within the CRM, lead capture and list segmentation across all business units, and lead scoring to measure customer progression throughout the purchase journey.
Collaborate with creative team & agency to concept, draft, write, and publish high-quality, original content relevant to Zurn Elkay's channels, brands, and target audiences, including relevant company and industry issues.Maintain the CRM by keeping existing customer records updated and creating new customer records as needed, working closely with Sales to share performance-based insights on lead and demand generation including conversion rates.Day-to-day contact for our third-party PR agency, coordinating the on-time delivery of all necessary assets to support paid Media initiatives.Coordinate with cross-functional business partners to identify and subsequently target key accounts across critical vertical markets, helping to execute paid and earned Media activities that drive demand.Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media outlets daily through community management, fan engagement, and content moderation on current social networks. Provide insight as needed to the marketing and customer care teams.Manage the day-to-day use of our CRM and digital marketing tools, including integrations with internal company sales platform and ABM platform Demandbase.Maintain a social media calendar inclusive of planned activities for all business units and generate monthly reporting to share with Product Marketing partners.Monitor the social media activity of competitors and their audiences and identify relevant trends across social media.Facilitate communications with stakeholders, including internal and external teams and agencies, to ensure seamless campaign execution across various platforms.Build a brand following via the company's social media outlets, moderate conversations; stimulate follower interaction, discussion and engagement. Develop and use a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity and provide suggestions on improving audience engagement, trends, and areas of improvement.Responsible for monitoring campaign budgets daily to provide oversight and ensure resources are used most effectivelyReactive influencer network management including strategies for fan acquisition.Measure ROI on the various channels and provide recommendations for further development or canceling various social channels.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Arts, or MarketingMinimum 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, and/or brand engagement, preferably for a national or global B2B brand.Experience using HubSpot for marketing automation and workflow managementUnderstanding of all major social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Houzz and Pinterest. Awareness of relevant online trends and a natural social personality are also a must.Familiarity with ABM platforms including Demandbase, Terminus, RollWorks, Foundry ABM, and others.Total Rewards and Benefits
