Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite ERP implementations, including planning, scoping, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, and develop functional and technical solutions based on best practices.Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and other custom applications as per client needs.Conduct process reviews and business analysis to identify gaps and recommend process improvements within the NetSuite platform.Provide ongoing training, support, and post-implementation consultation to clients.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring timely execution and successful completion.Troubleshoot issues and provide efficient resolutions during and after the implementation phase.Work with the development team to create custom reports, workflows, scripts, and integrations when necessary.Stay updated on NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to clients.Act as the subject matter expert on NetSuite ERP, providing strategic consulting to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field.3+ years of hands-on experience
with NetSuite ERP implementations, including functional configuration, customizations, and project management.Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory, CRM, Order Management, Manufacturing, etc.).Proven experience in managing the end-to-end ERP implementation process, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and post-go-live support.Ability to map client business requirements into NetSuite functionalities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and working cross-functionally.NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation) are a
plus .Experience with data migration, scripting (SuiteScript), and third-party integrations is a
plus .No third PartiesMust be in the USMust be U.S Citizen or U.S Green Card Holder
