The Senior Principal Solutions Architect (NetSuite) leads Enterprise Systems ERP planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions to satisfy the organization's strategic, financial, and operational needs.

ResponsibilitiesConfigure NetSuite ERP Software system for business processes and proceduresDesign and implement working modules and detailed data entry points for the enterprises' modulesLead the design and deployment of multiple interdependent modules such as OTC, PTP, RTR, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, CTR, MTR and LTOConfigure and script workflows to automate the processes in modules such as Sales and PurchasingGuide architectural focus groups in the integration of NetSuite and non-NetSuite solutions encompassing Supply Chain processesEstablish, maintain, and ensure compliance with architectural guardrails in collaboration with other enterprise, solution, and technology resources.Collaborate with various stakeholders to structure, analyze, and visualize future Enterprise Resource System needs, including order-to-cash, receipt-to-pack, inventory management, budgeting, planning, forecasting, logistics, replenishment, third-party integrations, and system integrationsPerform testing with the end business users to follow and test the ERP software system and compare to verify the legacy system's behavior was achievedPerform Q&A reviews for NetSuite, non-NetSuite, and DSI-related supply chain solutions, including current change control proceduresPrepare and maintain documents, including requirements, presentations, proposals, budgets, SOPs, and relevant additional technical specsServe as a Subject Matter Expert for NetSuite Software Implementation and software package configuration to ensure compliance with standards and best practicesQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or relevant experience5+ years experience in ERP implementations, delivery, and solving business problems with ERP software and technology5+ years experience designing, configuring, and testing NetSuite and NetSuite partner applicationsDemonstrated knowledge of the following business processes: Accounting, Sales Cycle, and Supply Chain Management processesAbility to understand, leverage, and improve end-to-end supply chain business processes supported by various software solutions, including NetSuite ERP, DSI, and othersAbility to design scripted solutions for customizations using Javascript, SuiteScript, and jQueryAbility to interpret and map Netsuite's data with external systems developed using Java, HTML, CSS, and SQL data and assist in the integrations using middleware (Dell Boomi)Ability to investigate, solve issues, and process errors based on the system's configuration, script customization, and integrationAbility to interpret the architecture and design of software to include aligning fields, custom records, scripts, workflows, and reports to business requirementsPrevious application experience in one or more of the following: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, Infor, Accumetica, PeopleSoft, Epicor, Microsoft, or JDEdwardsSolid presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of working with multiple stakeholders and key business leadersTravel: 10% - 15%, required on an as-needed basis to Miami and Jacksonville, FL, Wheeling, WV, and the Dominican RepublicPreferred Qualifications
