In this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives to develop infrastructure to provide solutions for business applicationsParticipate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructureEvaluate internal and external software solutions which could be leveraged to meet target state architecture goalsReview and analyze high impact outages to ensure the proper processes and procedures are in place to avoid problems in the futureDesign, build, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaborative efforts with the team and third party vendorsDesign, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practicesMake decisions in technical designs, implementation plans and identify project risks and resource requirementsDirect the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure successRecommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and achieve resultsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with customer and vendor

Required Qualifications:4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of experience working within a z/OS environment, supporting CICS, IMS, IMB MQ, Cobol, JCL, and VSAM.

2+ years with technical knowledge on debugger tools includes, but are not limited to Performance Analyzer, Mainview, Abend-Aid, and Xpediter.2+ years of experience analyzing dumps and recommending and implementing technical solutions for incident remediationDesired Qualifications:3+ Years of SharePoint Online automated workflows and power automate a plus.Job Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Locations:2600 South Price Road - Chandler, Arizona
