EFT’s role is to partner with the business, acting as one team to deliver simple, safe and sound, innovative and integrated products and services. EFT platforms and services are foundational to Wells Fargo and required to run the company and to satisfy our customer and employee needs. EFT must deliver every day with high availability, speed to market, strong risk management, security, scalability, agility and with financial transparency.The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) Platform group provides technology support to a portfolio of approximately 600 applications.

Lines of business supported include Corporate Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Audit and Regulatory Reporting, Finance, HR, Public Affairs, and Enterprise Services Management. The position will have responsibility for platform and application support across one of more of these lines of business, while providing high value customer service and developing strong relationships with these internal stakeholders. With many of the functions and teams newly consolidated into the Enterprise organization, business and technology transformations are a key focus.In this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives to develop infrastructure to provide solutions for business applicationsParticipate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructureEvaluate internal and external software solutions which could be leveraged to meet target state architecture goalsReview and analyze high impact outages to ensure the proper processes and procedures are in place to avoid problems in the futureDesign, build, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaborative efforts with the team and third party vendorsDesign, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practicesMake decisions in technical designs, implementation plans and identify project risks and resource requirementsDirect the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure successRecommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and achieve resultsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with customer and vendorRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of experience working in an Agile team environmentDesired Qualifications:Ability to work independently and as a member of a high performance teamExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex issuesJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleMust be able to work on-site at any of the listed locationsRelocation assistance is not available for this positionJob Posting Locations:550 S. 4th St., Minneapolis, Minnesota 554152600 S Price Rd., CHANDLER, Arizona 852861525 W W T Harris Blvd., CHARLOTTE, North Carolina 282621755 Grant St., CONCORD, California 94520150 E 42nd St, New York, New York 10017Compensation range:New York City - $133,300 - $237,100Concord, CA - $133,300 - $237,100Pay Range
