Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for an IT Project Manager in a remote capacity. This
is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities:
The IT Project Manager - Senior will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products.We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Contact Center and Service Operations Product and Planning team.The Contact Center and Service Operations Sr. PM will be responsible for leading one or more large scale, complex, and cross functional programs, often spanning multiple organizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) or equivalent experience.5+ years in technology and/or healthcare businessContact Center Technology project management experience is requiredGenesys Migration to Cisco is HIGHLY preferredProblem-solving skills, the ability to work in a team, a strong work ethic, flexibility and adaptability, communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to self-manage and drive results a must.Agile Methodology and reporting tool expertise (Jira, Jira Align) preferred.High degree of comfort in a fast paced dynamic/ambiguous environment.Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen.#LI-BB1#LI-Remote
