Job Description: Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Developer / Programmer. This role aligns with the Data Division's strategic plan to modernize and create enterprise solutions for state agencies. Collaborating with other project team members and the GDAC vendor partner(s), this position is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting application programming and functionality. s a key member of the enterprise team, it also serves as a subject matter expert and technical lead for the innovation team in researching new solutions by performing proof-of-concepts using the latest technology trends. The primary focus involves leading the ongoing development of enterprise-level business intelligence applications, with a particular emphasis on implementing technology-driven analytic solutions for stakeholder agencies. The role serves as an expert in developing enterprise business intelligence applications that support GDAC portfolio teams (Criminal Justice, Financial Fraud, Child Wellness, Longitudinal Performance, and Health), implementing SAS and other technology-based analytics solutions for GDAC customers. While not involved in day-to-day technical operations support, given the vendor-hosted nature of the application, the position is responsible for comprehending and assessing the technical components of various applications. dditionally, it provides technical support to the project team in terms of data anal analysis, queries, and reporting.
