It is a 6-12 month contract position with 3 days a week in the office.Help conduct fast-paced RFP for a large transformation program involving ERP, CRM, Procurement and other Application platforms.Manage engagement and coordination between selected bidder, various software vendors, IT (mostly Application and Infra) and a wide range of stakeholders including: Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Travel & Expense, HR & Payroll, Marketing, Legal.Monitor time, risk, scope, and satisfaction of customer + sponsors.Establish and maintain dependencies, Gantt and critical path at the macro level, and at a more granular level as needed.Ensure sensitive and proprietary information is safeguarded throughout the program lifecycleEnsure deliverables at provided on time by various stakeholdersMonitor budget, and alert on potential deviationHelp manage scope, to ensure any variance is identified early and addressed through proper change managementHelp organize change managementBachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field of studyStrong MS project - or equivalentStrong PowerPoint.
