- Post Oak areaWhat You Can ExpectHelp conduct fast-paced RFP for a large transformation program involving ERP, CRM, Procurement and other Application platforms.Manage engagement and coordination between selected bidder, various software vendors, IT (mostly Application and Infra) and a wide range of stakeholders including: Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Travel & Expense, HR & Payroll, Marketing, Legal.Monitor time, risk, scope, and satisfaction of customer + sponsors.Establish and maintain dependencies, Gantt and critical path at the macro level, and at a more granular level as needed.Identify, mitigate and monitor riskEnsure sensitive and proprietary information is safeguarded throughout the program lifecycleEnsure deliverables at provided on time by various stakeholdersMonitor budget, and alert on potential deviationHelp manage scope, to ensure any variance is identified early and addressed through proper change managementHelp prepare and conduct negotiations and arbitrationHelp prepare and conduct steering committeesHelp organize change managementWhat Youll BringBachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field of studyStrong MS project - or equivalentStrong PowerPoint. Figma a plusData manipulation, Excel PivotUser level experience with SAP S4, Coupa, SalesForce, Boomi, Concur, OneSource, Okta and AD a plus.RFP: Preparation of RFP package, Analysis of responses and offer Selection for application systems implementation or transformationProject management: experience with all aspects of project management: Scope, Quality, Schedule, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder managementPlanning: Prioritize tasks, organize sub projects, and documenting evAnalytical skills: They should be able to analyze problems and devise solutions.Documentation and writing skills: Excel at writing concise and precise memos, documents and presentationsCommunication skills: Able to clearly explain technical, process or other issues while also collaborating on solutionsLeadership skills: Proven ability to lead workshops, drive resolution and deliver resultsProblem-solving skills: Strong capacity for analyzing & defining a problem, simplifying it to its core components, solutioning it while ensuring buy-in from stakeholdersWork ethics: required, must be able and willing to go above and beyond to achieve successful outcomes, while working in the most ethical manner.Team player: must play well with other, form partnership while able to work with limited supervisionPrograming or configuration skills a plusBusiness/System Analysis experience a plus
