Infor M3 Finance Business Analyst

Day-to-day:Insight Global is looking for an Infor M3 consultant to join a growing firearm and distribution client in the area. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. Responsibilities: Analyze clients requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports. Analyze customers business requirements and application objectives to develop an application design to meet customers needs. Map clients requirement with functionalities of Infor M3 application to develop implementation plan and customization plan. Responsible for functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and support. Apply extensive knowledge of the clients business and industry to develop client's business processes. Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools. Provide training to clients and peers. Individual should be able to lead meetings, discussions with client and third parties to gather information for the purpose of completing functional integration specifications. $75/hr to $85/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Distribution or firearm industry experienceStrong experience in Infor M3 and involved in minimum of 3 to 5 end-to-end implementations. Main focus area is in the financial space (costing, accounting rules, ap, er experience) Minimum of 8 years experience in implementing ERP projects, out of which minimum of 6 years experience in Infor M3. Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies. Experience with CAS module 300, 950, etc Consulting and Accounting background preferred. Experience of working in a global environment. Have experience in rolling out ERP solutions internationally. Good in business documentation and presentation skills.
