We are seeking a highly motivated

Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager

to join our dynamic team on a full time/direct hire basis at our

. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software solutions. You must have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results within tight deadlines.

On-site position

Responsibilities:

Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software solutions Manage project teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders, including senior management Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools Liaise between various business departments and groups Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills Our Employees Enjoy:

3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and/or Business Process Analyst Ability to quickly assess and understand new business domains, challenges, and pain points and to work with technical colleagues to arrive at novel solutions Experience interviewing and eliciting requirements from business stakeholders Experience with modeling business processes visually using techniques such as swim lane diagrams, flowcharts, and domain modeling Strong technical writing skills including Experience writing user training documentation Experience reviewing and editing technical documentation Experience in leading or supporting end-to-end and user acceptance testing management Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills to: Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders and senior leadership. Present technical ideas and high-level concepts to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Bachelor's or Master's degree

Salary Description

$75K - $80K Annually
