We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a full time/direct hire basis at our Corporate at Nashville, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and managing projects to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software solutions. You must have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of hardware and software solutions
  • Manage project teams, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
  • Liaise between various business departments and groups
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
  • Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and/or Business Process Analyst
  • Ability to quickly assess and understand new business domains, challenges, and pain points and to work with technical colleagues to arrive at novel solutions
  • Experience interviewing and eliciting requirements from business stakeholders
  • Experience with modeling business processes visually using techniques such as swim lane diagrams, flowcharts, and domain modeling
  • Strong technical writing skills including
  • Experience writing user training documentation
  • Experience reviewing and editing technical documentation
  • Experience in leading or supporting end-to-end and user acceptance testing management
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills to: Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Present technical ideas and high-level concepts to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
