This role is key in administering our website through the technology behind it, as well as future growth and expansion. Our website serves all geographies in which we operate. This is a remote position.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Accountable for the technical management and support of CONMED's website, including landing pages, in alignment with CONMED's overall digitalization strategy and roadmap.Accountable for regular reporting of metrics on all customer facing, web-based sites.Accountable for accuracy of website content.ACTIVITIES:

Ensure intuitive and cohesive website structure, navigation, and elements that engages global audienceMaintain high website ADA compliance scoreWork with outside consultants and internal digital team to develop and apply SEO strategiesRecommend site enhancements to take best advantage of features offered by underlying website technologyAct as liaison with digital agency to scope and integrate new website technologies and improvementsImplement and maintain features to adhere to applicable privacy policies as advised by Legal and IT Security & ComplianceWork closely with marketing communications and product management to develop web assets for paid campaignsImplement translated content and personalization on websiteParticipate in projects that have downstream impact to our customer facing sitesCommunicate with peers on relevant activities related to work assignmentsAct in the best interest of the company and be a steward of company assetsProvide any recommendations and feedback you have to your manager / management chain that will help achieve our overall company goals & mission and align with our values & cultureWork on tasks assigned by your manager, in the priority order; escalate tasks to your manager that come directly to you from elsewhereREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years working as a web administratorBachelor's degree1+ years' experience using Sitecore CMS technology, including using personalization for geotargeted contentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years supporting a global website with multiple languages and or geography-specific versions includedExperience creating custom Sitecore componentsExperience with JavascriptThis position is not open to employer-visa sponsorship.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 60,000 to 95,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
