Job Title: Business Support AnalystLocation: Ashburn, VA (Hybrid)Duration: 18 Months'Targeted Years of Experience: 0-3 yearsResponsibilities:•As part of the sales support team, you will be responsible for responding to review, research and establish Sales Acct & NASP requests using the data and tools provided.•Assist with CLE review, updated and duplicate cleanups to ensure CLE are unique per customer•Review requirements, Test and accept new GCH application functionality•Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as necessary.MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):•Strong Skill to be able to manually review data in multiple sources and make connections between them•Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets usage for data analysis•Excellent written and spoken english•Ability to Quickly learn new tools and work in a team•Ability to work under tight timelines and meet or beat sla's•Ability to support system testing•Evening/weekends as requiredDESIRED SKILLS:•Customer service supportEDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:•High School & Bachelors preferred•Data analysis certifications preferred•Para-legal knowledge preferred
