As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. + Provides solution functionality and integration expertise to both Cerner and client engagement teams, including, but not limited to, domain strategy, regulatory, code/package management, optimization, standards, and playbooks. + Proficiency in the tools supporting implementation and on-going maintenance, such as Bedrock, LightsOn, and additional technologies that support methodology. + Monitors engagement progress as it relates to assessing and managing risk and ensuring quality build. + Ensures change control processes are in place and adhered to by client and Cerner project teams. + Articulates and demonstrates the value of Cerner's implementation methodology to clients and associates. + Coordinates solution and venue engagement activities with Cerner and client technical teams to support environmental/domain planning and management. + Provides oversight and risk mitigation for interface activities with technical and foreign system interface engagement teams. + Ensures business needs are understood and Cerner's information technology strategies are enhancing client objectives. + 8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. + Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. + CCL proficiency is preferred. + Cerner Millennium experience in areas like PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory and or INA. As a Lead Integration Architect, you will engage with client leadership in strategic planning activities to create a multi-year client roadmap. You will provide consultation on integration and domain strategy and accountability for highly complex client programs. You will facilitate multi-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement integration and domain strategy. You will participate in sales and marketing activities. You will influence solution direction and functionality related to integration and stability. You will provide leadership and guidance in support of the Integration Architect community. Qualifications + At least 6 years prior Cerner/Oracle Health implementation experience is required + Previous Integration Architect experience + Millennium design/build experience + CCL experience + Applicants for U.S.-based positions with Oracle Cerner must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
