Federal Domain Lead Integration Architect at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description As an Integration Architect, you will be accountable for leading integrated client engagements. As a member of this team, you will manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, and requiring influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care, as well as develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue and change management strategies. You will be responsible for mitigating and resolving integration risks proactively; serving as the final point of escalation. You will also provide integration oversight for engagements so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed. In addition, you will be responsible for providing integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams, as well as consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability. 10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4-6 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed. Basic Qualifications + At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: + At least 3 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience + At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education + Applicants for U.S.-based positions with Oracle Cerner must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire + Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen. The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience + 10+ years of Oracle Cerner experience, including domain and/or test environment management. + Knowledgeable navigating in Oracle Cerner applications and build tools. + Support Federal teams in advanced troubleshooting. + Highly skilled in managing client relationships and communications Expectations + Perform other responsibilities as assigned + Willing to travel up to 100% as needed + Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations + Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
