Job Description:
Prequel Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Lead for a client project in Harrisburg, PA. The selected candidate will work onsite at a state agency, focusing on enhancing their data management system. This role involves technical design, developing solutions, and leadership to improve reporting and data tracking processes. This position is an hourly W2 contract role with a payrate up to $56/hour, depending on experience, and offers health and retirement benefits.
Key Responsibilities :Collaborate with department teams to assess, design, and implement data solutions within the data management system.Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for data management, focusing on Measurable Skills Gains (MSG), Credential Attainment, Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and other performance metrics.Create and generate standard and ad hoc reports using Business Object Enterprise (BOE).Lead testing efforts, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).Ensure compliance with relevant Commonwealth IT policies and security standards.Act as a liaison between IT staff, project managers, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.Requirements :
2+ years of experience in data analysis, systems administration, or help desk support.Proficiency in Business Object Enterprise (BOE) or similar business intelligence tools.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.Experience with testing coordination, training plan execution, and compliance with IT standards.Seeking local candidates, will need to be onsite 5 days per week (M-F).
