Experience the power of a game-changing career. #LI-Remote Summary: This New Store Opening (NSO) project manager will oversee the opening of stores for our retail client (Food and restaurant business). We need someone who has previous experience with new store openings and managing about 15-20 sites. This is a remote opportunity within the United States. You must be willing to travel as needed for site locations openings and various milestones. Responsibilities: + NSO project main point of contact to ensure consistency and best practices across store openings + Responsible for completion of on-site project operations-readiness checklists + Responsible for resolution of project delays to keep project on schedule + Attend NSO calls/meetings + Follow new store opening procedures and playbooks for completion + Coordinate with IT, HR and other support groups to ensure proper set up of store systems + Complete the New Store Opening scorecard, including reporting, and analysis + Work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives + Work with cross-functional teams to assist coordination of training, around equipment, systems, and overall store operations pre and post opening + Support retail team/stores daily as needed and assigned post openings + Completion of AD HOC Operational and Systems projects during non-store opening time + Interact with multiple departments Real Estate, Design, Construction, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure on-time and successful opening of all company operated stores. + This is a highly visible role, working with all levels of our retail client. + The role is mission-critical, as NSO growth is a primary focus right now for our client. Qualifications: + Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a PM with similar background and retail experience + Act as a main point of contact on-site and offer operational support to cross-functional business partners and Field Management, throughout the new store + opening (NSO) process. + Work with the NSO process from end to end, to ensure successful store openings + Experience with retail NSOs, and Microsoft Project + In terms of a personality/style fit for the role, 'collaborative', 'reliable', and 'organized' are the key characteristics + Coordination of new store openings (NSO) around 15-20 previously. + Manage the schedules for each location + Monitor progress of team members from multiple departments. + Additionally, the role has some direct responsibility for the ordering, shipment, and oversight of the installation of the store's IT equipment, working with client's technology partners. #ConcentrixCatalyst Location: USA, NE, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
