Experience the power of a game-changing career. #LI-Remote Role: Oracle Architect Job Description + Requirements Gathering and Analysis: + Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to understand fulfillment process requirements and integration needs. + Analyze existing business processes, systems, and data flows to identify integration points, data dependencies, and process bottlenecks. + Define functional and technical requirements for integration solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security requirements. + Solution Design and Architecture: + Design integration architecture and solutions to enable seamless data exchange and process automation for fulfillment processes. + Identify and design integration patterns, protocols, and technologies suitable for integrating various systems involved in order fulfillment, such as order management, inventory management, shipping, and logistics. + Define data models, message formats, and transformation rules for integrating data across systems. + Integration Development and Configuration: + Develop and configure integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Integration, or other relevant integration platforms within the Oracle ecosystem. + Build integration flows, mappings, and transformations to orchestrate fulfillment processes across different systems, including Oracle ERP modules, warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping carriers, and third-party logistics providers. + Implement error handling, exception management, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data integrity and reliability of integrations. + Integration Testing and Validation: + Develop and execute integration test plans to validate end-to-end fulfillment processes, data mappings, and integration scenarios. + Collaborate with business users and IT teams to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or gaps identified during testing. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data privacy regulations in integration solutions. + Deployment and Go-Live Support: + Plan and coordinate the deployment of integration solutions to production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to fulfillment operations. + Provide support and assistance during the cutover and go-live phases of integration projects, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving integration-related issues. + Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback and identify areas for improvement. + Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: + Document integration designs, configurations, and implementation details for reference and knowledge sharing purposes. + Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate user adoption and support. #ConcentrixCatalyst Location: USA, GA, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
