The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, possess good verbal and written communication skills, superior attention to detail, have the ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritize in accordance with deadlines, and work with a wide range of constituencies in a polite and professional manner.Responsibilities:Assist with conflict checks, opening new matters, time entry, and billingAssist with managing daily uploads/downloads from client portalsPrepare reimbursements using Chrome River, coordinate travelReview, scan, file and save incoming mail (documents, e-mails and facsimiles) to Netdocs/OutlookLearn and master specialized IP software to handle IP specific tasksOther duties as assignedQualifications:

High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role requiredPrior law firm and Intellectual Property experience, specifically in Patent Prosecution, preferredWorking knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms preferredOther required skillsets and attributes include:

Pursuant to the Washington DC Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this Washington DC based position is between $46,500 - $75,900. These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
