Description: Special Counsel for our Washington, DC office Six plus years of patent litigation experience; open to learning trademark litigation Experience in ANDA litigation a plus Educational background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred. Ideal candidate will possess litigation experience throughout case lifecycle, including pre-trial analysis, discovery matters/disputes, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and their reports, court hearings, and trial Opportunity to assume significant responsibility and direct exposure to clients All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references Non-partnership track role with a 1,500 billable hour requirement Potential for remote work opportunity The base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 to $350,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law J.D. required.
