Description:Special Counsel for our Washington, DC officeSix plus years of patent litigation experience; open to learning trademark litigationExperience in ANDA litigation a plusEducational background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred.Ideal candidate will possess litigation experience throughout case lifecycle, including pre-trial analysis, discovery matters/disputes, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and their reports, court hearings, and trialOpportunity to assume significant responsibility and direct exposure to clientsAll candidates should have excellent academic credentials and referencesNon-partnership track role with a 1,500 billable hour requirementPotential for remote work opportunityThe base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 to $350,000 annually.
